- Shipping methods: Calailis ships from two Locations -- United States Warehouse and United Kingdom Warehouse. UK orders are shipped from our UK warehouse and all other orders are currently shipped from the US. Shipping fees are based on delivery location. VAT will be included.
- Shipping fee: This is a 3-5 working day service priced at $3.99.
- Shipping Address: We will ship from Houston, USA or California, USA depending on the proximity to your shipping address to ensure that the package is delivered as soon as possible.
- Shipping Time: The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: 1-3 Days
- Shipping time: 1-5 Days
- Delivery Email: Once your payment is approved, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed (may take up to 48 hours). You will also receive a second e-mail once your order has shipped which will include your tracking number and a link to check the journey of yours CALAILIS.

Calailis is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages if/when a customer opts out of Route shipping.
